Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription-based services will only be considered if requested within the first 14 days of the initial purchase. After the first 14 days, no refunds will be provided for any subscription fees.

Review and Approval: Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to refund requests within 7 business days.
